      <title>Warranty faulty phone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello does my iphone 12 mini purchased in Nov 21 have a 3 year warranty?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone is drastically loosing battery charge through out the day and freezing or is very jerky. It also gets very hot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed every suggestion to correct this from resetting the keyboard, turning the device on and off numerous times and leaving the phone turned off for 24hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have gone through all the apps etc and the storage utilised on my phone is just over half, so no problems there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need some help please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lynne&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
