Warranty faulty phone

Hello does my iphone 12 mini purchased in Nov 21 have a 3 year warranty?

The phone is drastically loosing battery charge through out the day and freezing or is very jerky. It also gets very hot.

I have followed every suggestion to correct this from resetting the keyboard, turning the device on and off numerous times and leaving the phone turned off for 24hours.

I have gone through all the apps etc and the storage utilised on my phone is just over half, so no problems there.

I need some help please.

Standard Apple warranty is 12 months.

Some O2 contracts did include a 3 year warranty, but you'd have to check with O2 directly if this is on your account.

You can also get Apple to check it for you.
