      <description>I've just checked mine and it's working OK for me.&lt;BR /&gt;I'd give customer service a call on 202 to check if there is anything they can do to reset your account or escalate the issue for you.</description>

I did online chat with O2 this morning and they said there had been no issues like this. I'm also connected via a mobile hotspot to my laptop and the 02 website is still showing 0 usage, though still working normally as far as internet access is concerned. Strange, tho' I'm inclined to leave things alone and see what happens&lt;/P&gt;</description>
