    <description>&lt;P&gt;Enlli thank you for that great information.&amp;nbsp; The chap I was talking told me to send "STOP" to those 2 numbers which I did.&amp;nbsp; He did also say I would get my money back but I'm not too sure about that. It all depends on if o2 want to make a goodwill gesture.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've noticed my monthly phone bill gradually going up but didn't check to find out why until this months bill was £78.&amp;nbsp; So I went to the bill and saw lots of Premium rate texts being made to my number. From these 2 numbers - 85222 and 88222.&amp;nbsp; I did not agree to getting these Premium Rate texts to my phone.&amp;nbsp; I phoned 02 yesterday and, after 35 mins waiting, got speaking to a very helpful man.&amp;nbsp; Seems this has been going on for months.&amp;nbsp; The chap did say I would get the money paid back.&amp;nbsp; So far there has been nothing paid back.&amp;nbsp; Has this happened to anyone else and if so were you able to get your money back?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for all your advice. Much appreciated. I did the STOP to all the texts and that worked. I contacted O2 by private message on Twitter. They were extremely helpful. They have credited the amount back to my o2 account - over £160. I have asked for that amount to be moved back into my bank account and they have requested that for me. They said that could take 5 - 10 working days. Thankfully now back to much more normal phone bills.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
