      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed my big bundle a few days ago from the £20 to the £30 big bundle and then today topped up as it's due today , I got a text message to say I have a fresh £30 big bundle but I couldn't use my data it won't let me on the internet then 10 mins after that I got a message to say I need a balance of at least £30 but I already topped up earlier and o2 have took my £30.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried logging into my o2 but it says I have no products.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried the app says my o2 is not available to me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What the hell is going on I've never had this issue before?.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
