    <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever I try to log in to my O2 account (e.g. to view a bill) I am informed that a verification code has been sent to my e-mail address, but nothing ever arrives.&amp;nbsp; I have checked my spam folder (nothing) and also that my registered e-mail address is correct (OK), but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I note that other users have experienced this problem in the past, but no solution has been forthcoming.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone please advise - this is driving me mad!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
