    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently have paid my bill for my phone, however today I have 4G/5G but when I attempt to use apps or internet it doesn’t work or load. I have full data, it works when I connect to wifi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried airplane mode and tried switching phone off then back on and still not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
