I suggest that you :-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. try to access MyO2 online at &lt;A href="https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. try accessing MyO2 via the app, but first delete the app, restart your 'phone and reinstall the latest version of the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. follow&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/132456"&gt;@Cleoriff&lt;/a&gt;'s guidance to contact O2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will appreciate that this is a customer to customer community, not O2, and hence we cannot access customer accounts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
