O2 Recycle £250 Extra Offer

Hi all,

I have upgraded online to the S22 Ultra, and inside the package was a leaflet with the Extra £250 offer when you recycle with O2 recycle, after purchasing the S22 Ultra.

I have rang my local shop, and asked them if I can trade my old phone in instore, and use the £250 extra offer, and they told me no it has to be done online. I have then rang customer services and they have told me yes you can do it instore.

I am slightly confused with the conflicting answers, could anyone help me please and shed some light on if I am able to trade in and redeem this offer instore?

You can't do it in store, the device has to be sent to o2 Recycle as per the terms of the offer:
