Add on £0 spend cap

Hi, I want to add £0 spend cap onto my device so there isn’t any extra charges at the end of the month, how do i do this? thank you !

You need to contact O2

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.
