My phone was recently stolen and I have no way of accessing my 02 account without an OTP, I am in Germany and desperate to have my number back. I am still here till the end of the month. It's been very difficult to reach you guys with only mobile number helplines (I have no phone and no one here) and 02 Germany have been a bit unhelpful. I please need a new sim (somehow if you can help from the UK, this would be amazing) as my work is highly dependant on me having a working mobile. Depending on which kind of phone was lost, your contacts should be backed up in either your Gmail or iCloud account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
