    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is really stupid.&amp;nbsp; Why enable all kinds of other changes online, but not a change to a billing address?&amp;nbsp; I have two accounts that I need to change my address on but I have to phone to do it, and (like everywhere else) no doubt I'll be holding in a queue for ages....&amp;nbsp; This is such a simple thing to incorporate in an online process.....&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have tried to change my address 6 times but it just keeps going round in circles and I’m getting no where, tells me to click on to the account I want the address changing on (only have the 1) and then telling me to log in but I’m logged in? Then goes back to the first stage when I click log in. Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
