I submitted a copy of my online receipt, screen shot of my Imei and serial information. Alas I still need a dated receipt showing when the order was processed.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>According to the o2 shop I need to contact 202 and ask them to mail me verified proof which I will do tomorrow.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Just so anybody else who puts their claim in knows.&nbsp; It ran up to the 30th September 2021.
