      <description>&lt;P&gt;Afternoon, I called yesterday to inform you that I have damaged my Mobile phone and it now cannot be repaired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was advised to go in store today to get a temp sim and they could link it to my mobile number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I had no photo ID they would not do it in store. The store called you today and the customer service member said I needed to go onto “My o2” and change my security question. However, it will not let me do this as it needs to send a text and I cannot view the message as my screen in smashed and part of the back has been destroyed as my phone fell off my car roof and was run over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The store has given me a temp Sim and asked me to get in touch for you to swap/link my number for me. Can you assist please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
