      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I can’t log in anymore on my O2 app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i really need to check what I have left&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it used to work now it’s says “something went, are you new ?” I’ve been on O2 contract since 2018&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help me please ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
