      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ordered a new device and website said the device was available, then received emails and texts to say sorry, device is out of stock and waiting for stock to arrive - annoying but hey ho!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I really want to know is the device has a claim back of £100 if claimed by 7th July.&amp;nbsp; If the device is really late, can i still get that claim after the 7th, as it's not my fault their website said stock was available but it really wasn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice out there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cliff&lt;/P&gt;</description>
