I have been trying for weeks to fix this issue. I can't call customer service as I have no network. When I try and log into the O2 app it says that "My O2 is not ready yet". When I login to the website I have an account but it says i have no O2 products and when I try to change my details it sends a security code to a phone number that ins't mine. Basically for 2 months IO have had a phone that is only usable when on my home Wifi and I can't find any solutions.
