      <description>I ordered a new phone case with an upgraded phone. DHL have tried to deliver it twice but it needs to be signed for and I am not in. I can not change the options for deliver to neighbour etc and it is not on my orders on My O2. I have ben to DHL and they said O2 will not allow them to give me the item over the counter. I have rang 202 and unless it is an emergency my call can not be connected. Does anyone know what I can do to get my order?</description>
