      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone please walk me through the steps to get a STAC through My O2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have multiple numbers on my account so apparantly I can't request the code via a text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to do this online because I have a lot of numbers to move and want to do this gradually as I test the alternatives.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been going round in circles and it is extremely frustrating how hard it has been made to find.&amp;nbsp; All of the guides I have found just say 'go to My O2' and link the home page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have multiple numbers&amp;nbsp;you need to call customer service. Otherwise you'll get disconnected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.&lt;BR /&gt;Call 202 from your mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.&lt;BR /&gt;Press 2 for Everything Else&lt;BR /&gt;Press 5 for More Options&lt;BR /&gt;Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're having trouble speaking to anyone, say&amp;nbsp;Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud as mentioned above.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
