    <description>Hi. l had such a stupid insident couple of days ago. l was going for a walk and taking some pictures and accidentally throw my iPhone in the river. And it's quite deep so even if l'd jump in it wouldn't be possible to get it back. What shall l do in this case? Would o2 would deal with this incident?</description>
