      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just upgraded to an iPhone 5 32GB in store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Online the price is shown as £299 up front for the £26 a month tariff, however I was charged £359 and would like to know why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure if the on line prices for the iPhone 5 are still being governed by Carphone providing the phones and they make the price, whereas the in store are O2 at their prices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
