It works perfectly and is fast enough for Zoom connections - its main purpose. However, I bought it for my iPad, but could never get it to work. So I switched to Windows, and it self-installed the software needed. No problem. BUT I have to take both laptops to the office now. Can I use the dongle on either computer? If so, how do I get it to work on the iPad? The local EE office gave me some garbage about my being too far into the contract to make a change.
