Hi, if I buy a watch from eBay (other sites are available), how would I go about using it as cellular with my o2 airtime? As far as I can see you can only get airtime if you buy an Apple Watch at the same time.

You can but there is a 20% chance it will work, just look at the other threads on here, o2's apple watch service is notoriusly a pile of poop...

My advice dont bother... and also be very careful with Apple Watches on eBay are lot are locked to the original apple account.
