      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently bought a new iPhone 16 pro from O2.&amp;nbsp; I followed the set up instructions and most of my apps were successfully transferred.&amp;nbsp; However, I cannot set up my emails on the Mail app.&amp;nbsp; I keep getting "imap.virginmedia.com" is not responding.&amp;nbsp; I have checked connections and details as suggested but no luck.&amp;nbsp; The 1OS is 18.2.&amp;nbsp; Since updating to this on my iPad mini, I am getting the same error message.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
