    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded my phone to an iPhone 15, and don’t have access to my SIM card as when I try to log into the account to activate the new SIM card it sends it to my number which I don’t have access to, as my only SIM has been deactivated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
