    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my phone in store and was told i would have o2 travel, i used o2 travel on my last holiday and was not charged however on my recent holiday i was charged. why did the sales rep not explain they were downgrading my o2 travel to europe only. i am disappointed with this level of service and unhappy that i came home with lots of charges- surely the spend cap should prevent charges abroad?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry but did you not check yourself the contract to see if it had the requisite Bolton's before signing or clicking agree.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4819709"&gt;@Enlli&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;points out not all countries are covered by o2 travel and its YOUR responsibility to check like your contract&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
