      <title>Iphone not delivered despite repeated rearranging efforts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New to this forum. I recently decided to upgrade my phone to an iPhone - my first time having an iPhone but it wasn't delivered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have have several conversations with O2 customer service where they assured me it will be rearranged and delivered the next day and it wasn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had to put a complaint in as this is ridiculous and very time wasting. I regret moving to o2 because of this experience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice would greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
