      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to reset my phone by taking SIM out and reinserting it.&amp;nbsp; I somehow damaged the SIM!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need new SIM with same original number but as I have no working SIM I am unable to call 02 even though it is a free call&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
