      <title>Serious security problem on O2 network</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Serious security problem on O2 network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When my phone number is dialled, the caller does not reach me, instead the phone defaults to a message selling products and services in various languages.&amp;nbsp; I have changed to an e.sim and it makes no difference. I changed network and it makes no difference, I turned the phone off and it makes no difference.&amp;nbsp; The problem is with the network intercepting my phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is now almost useless,&amp;nbsp; can you please investigate and fix this problem, or do I need to have a new number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
