Could someone provide a data profile for an iPhone, that when installed, populates the correct data settings to your phone

This is a giffgaff profile

A reset of your network settings will also set the correct profile.

No idea what you need then mate, sorry.

Everything I've given you will get data on your iPhone.

The only way to really do is have a Enterprise MDM Solution and creating your own, as o2 do not provide a downloadable version, as the o2 one is built into IOS

Or copy the GiffGaff one, put it into Xcode and then code it yourself...

Have a look at developer.apple.com or jamf.com as they will have the full information on how to do this.. Not sure why you do not want to use the built in config which is checked and verified by Apple..
