Persist with O2, @Gary101937 - if you have an O2 Shop nearby, take phone, watch and valid photo ID along with you, there have been reports of success with this approach elsewhere here on the forum. Good luck!

I got an iPhone 15 last week and paired my Apple Watch but it won’t set up the cellular service, when I click through to do it, it goes to an O2 page with an Error Code 14. I called O2 last week and a technical person was going to call with 72 hours which of course they didnt. Went in to O2 today and the guy didn’t know so we called customer services together. The advisor looked in to it and said he was going to text me instructions for fixing it. Got home and the link he text me just goes to the O2 help landing page so no help at all.

Anyone able to help?
