      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, for sure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;There have been cases where an O2 Shop service agent has been able to fix the issue for a customer who presented with watch, phone and photo-id - the agent spotted the "number" assigned to the watch had not been associated with the iPhone account correctly, and the issue was resolved there and then.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Otherwise, persist with the Social Media Team, link below has the ways, or call 202 around 08:10am UK time,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3518511"&gt;@Nataliebrady22&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Good luck!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
