I have the same problem as you. I contacted them and they removed one of the syncs from my account but I'm still being billed for two lots of apple watch airtime plans. Tried contacting customer service yesterday and today and no response. Terrible company

Hi everyone, I reset my watch today and then I got error code 14 when trying to connect my data plan so I called 202. I was told that an e-sim reset has been done and I should be able to connect within 24 hours, just to turn phone and watch off and then back on. I did that and it worked right away, the problem is, I got 2 texts from o2 saying that my apple watch airtime plan so I checked my account and it looks like I’ve now got 2 plans and I don’t know why. Please can anyone help?
