      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased a new Series 8 Apple Watch from o2 with an unlimited data plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I set up the watch, following the on screen prompts, but when trying to connect it to the o2 network, I get a “oops, somethings gone wrong” message telling me to call 202 with ref code 15 or 91.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Called, held for an age, finally spoke to a guy who put me on hold again, then he came back and said I’d get a call back in 72 hours - What the hell?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone here help me resolve this, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
