      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought 2nd gen Apple Airpods from 02Shop in April this year and I've found that one pod is faulty and won't keep charge. I appreciate I am outside of the initial 14 and 30 day periods. What steps should I take to use any automatic warranty with 02shop and try to get a replacement?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dugald&lt;/P&gt;</description>
