I order a phone but DPD didn't deliver saying O2 asked to return the phone back

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Same thing happened to me today EVEN though 02 said they never ask for it back!!
