Help! Airtime plan won’t connect to my Apple Watch

I brought a Apple Watch and it won’t connect mobile data. Everytime I log in to my 02 account to activate the mobile data plan it wants me to add a new £5 airtime plan but I already have one. ( 02 have confirmed this) I have spoken to so many people. The tech team called me and his solution has not worked.anyone else having the problem and can offer me a solution? I’m desperate and at my wits end on how to get this resolved!

Hi, I’m having the same issues with my Watch Ultra which I bought separately. I have now added a £5 plan but still not working. Please help!
