So I placed a Pre order for the IPHONE 14 PRO MAX. its been nearly a month since its been released and I've had no update as to where this is or when it will arrive.

Other friends and family who have ordered their phones same day or after have received theirs but I'm still waiting. I have been trying to get in contact with customer service only to be fobbed off all the time. This is pathetic and annoying I'd rather an estimated ETA then nothing at all.
