I ordered Apple Watch ultra on 11 of September had one text from 02 saying it’s not arrived to me yet on the 23 September still not had the watch and no updates from anyone

I ordered Apple Watch on the 8th September, mines still not arrived, depending on what colour band/strap you ordered I’ve been told by o2 customer services could be waiting up to 4 weeks, best option to go in store or online and check the delivery dates or what they have in stock otherwise you could be waiting for a while
