topic Apple watch Ultra Seal broken in Apple

After O2 and DPD messed me about with the delivery of this watch, I finally received it today.

The packaging which the Apple watch box was inside had no visible tampering, once I removed the outer packaging, the seal on one end of the Apple watch box was cut with something (either a key or knife).

The strap was fully sealed, no tampering and nothing was missing. The watch itself was still inside its paper wrapping.

Was this done by O2, and if so what was the reason for opening it?

We have seen that o2 do open some phone boxes, mainly to remove chargers so that they are more environmentally friendly but not sure about watches.

As long as the device looks in new condition, and everything that is meant to be in the box is there then you have 14 days to check it and confirm you are happy with it @Cookiedragon00
