Hello, i have my uk sim card activated in London and i moved to Paris while it is still working, on 1st of Sep the date stopped and i charged it wil 10£ to use it in Paris but it did not work. I need a help in the packages that works in Europe.

Hi @Anoudgh

It should be working as France is in the EU so you can use your allowances as you would at home.

A few things to try.

Manually search for another network

Contact O2 to check if there are any roaming bars on your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

How long have you been in Paris?

You are only allowed to use the sim for 63 days in any 4 month period

You need to reset it in the UK
