topic Visual voicemail in Apple

Visual voicemail

How do I get my visual voicemail working. Had an Iphone SE worked fine. Swopped to Iphne 13 pro. No option for visual voicemail. Search shows I need bolt on Idata which I can not find. Went to O2 shop Huddersfield. Not a clue.

You need to contact O2 to get iData added to your account.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
