Iphone 8 apps not working on network

Helllo,

I downloaded a app called Documents by Readdle and accidentally pressed on the vpn within the app. I deleted the app off the phone but i think it has changed some settings within the network options on phone.

When i am connected to WIFI then everything is working.

When i am connected to network then i cannot use youtube, or even connect to the app store or o2 prioirty.

Please help

Settings >General >VPN and check it's off or not connected.

Then check Settings >Mobile Data and scroll down to make sure all apps are allowed data access.
