New iPad order - delivery more than 4 weeks

Hi everyone

i ordered an IPad Air. It said delivery will be more than 4 weeks. I received all my credit and finance paperwork but nothing regarding the delivery or order. Is that because it is out of stock? When I phone support they can’t help me as I don’t have an order number. Will I get my order info once there is stock? Not sure if something went wrong and I need to order again. But don’t want to end up with two iPads!
