My iPhone 12 died!

Bizarre... It froze then went blank. When I pressed the buttons to turn it off to restart it... It vibrated like an incoming call and then made a couple of loud siren noises! I've charged it overnight and it's still a cold black screen!... Can't find the IMEI as I can't turn the phone on.

Any ideas of the way forward?

I pay for the phone and the monthly plan which is £70+.

All my business contact numbers are on the phone! I've got an old iPhone8 that I'm currently using as an emergency.

The IMEI is printed on the sim tray.
