5 hours and still haven't fixed it

Airpod cancellation

My wife ordered some Apple Airpods only to realise afterwards that they were the old version and not the new ones that she wanted. The contract was cancelled immediately and the Airpods were never delivered.

She is now stuck like Tom Hanks in that airport movie. The order has not been cancelled or fulfilled and now she is getting Default Notice letters.

6 weeks of phone calls and listening to "Hold Music" she has had multiple promises broken and the order has still not been cancelled.

Please think twice before ordering Apple Accessories from O2

I have had a polite message from O2Simon who suggested that my wife call Customer Service.

I now have that Alanis Morissette song "Ironic" stuck in my head....
