      <description>&lt;P&gt;i accidentally placed my phone in the microwave!?!? yes!! exactly..so i have no phone, no landline, only my laptop, whihc is an apple, but have no way of mkaing contact..i am also on lockdown isolating atm! i have a new phone coming through my insurance, but no way of getting my sim out - the cover melted on the melted phone!?!?! any advice how i speak to someone online? like a live chat? i searched my O2 and cant find it anywhere? thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
