topic changing over numbers in Apple

changing over numbers

so i’m completely new to o2 and i’ve recently ordered a phone for my mum and she wants to keep the number she already has on giffgaff. when i fill out the keep my number form whose details do i put in? would it be my own but just with the number as my mums or do all the details in that form including email need to be my mums?

All details including to number you need to change to should be your mums.

so would this work on the keep my number form despite the phone being in my name with my email? sorry for all the questions i just want to make sure i don’t mess it up for her

Ah now that's a bit different @jodied18

If all details are already in your name then you shouldn't change it.

Who pays for contract is irrelevant. I pay for my grandsons but he handles everything else himself via My O2 etc.
