Sales of this kind are known as ‘&lt;A href="https://www.gov.uk/online-and-distance-selling-for-businesses" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;distance selling&lt;/A&gt;’.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;so i bought an iphone but returned it and bought the iphone 12. the first cost £789&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and the second over a £1000.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have been promised on three occasions that i would be refunded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this was in March.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So how how have others managed to get a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by the way O2 acknowledged receipt of the returned phone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4507973"&gt;@Annoyed11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need to keep calling customer service until someone does it for you I guess.&lt;BR /&gt;Numbers here &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support" id="Guide069"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.&lt;BR /&gt;Press 2 for Everything Else&lt;BR /&gt;Press 5 for More Options&lt;BR /&gt;Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.&lt;BR /&gt;Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.&lt;BR /&gt;8.00am is the best time to call if you can.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
