      <description>Ordered this 31 March got all documents but still not sent pretty disappointed also customer service don’t help just say they will email relevant department to deal with poor really so don’t expect any item soon despite website saying next day delivery</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Similar situation for me too. I ordered a Homepod (not the mini) on the 6th April, received the documents and all agreed, but it's just sitting there under 'order confirmed'. I contacted O2 via their chat and they said that its got 'stuck in the system' but that they've moved it on and that I should receive an email confirming the next steps, but I've had no email and the £30 initial payment that was pending on my account from O2 has now disappeared. If this is how they run their hardware purchasing offers they're not going to have many happy customers if they don't end up fullfilling the orders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes these issues arise when the warehouse has stock shortages, however, I completely understand your frustration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need to call customer services on 202 free from your mobile and they will be happy to assist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
