      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an iphone SE (1st Generation) The contacts App has suddenly gone blank as well as my phone App.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to make or recive any calls. I have been into settings to see if any thing has changed. I am unable to access the Mobile Data App in there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions to try and resolve what ever is the problem. I have switched on and off as well as a Reset of All Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to do a back up and do a toal reset as iTunes informs me there is an error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can get messages and emails but unable to open them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
